5Ordering and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our catering services at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms:

• Payment must be received before or upon delivery of your catering order
• We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout
• A 50% deposit may be required for large orders (50+ guests)
• We are not responsible for unauthorized credit card use. If you notice fraudulent activity, contact your bank immediately

Pricing:

• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Delivery fees may apply depending on location and order size
• Setup and service charges may be added for large events

6Delivery and Service

General Tso's Catering delivers to locations within Atlanta and surrounding areas. Delivery areas and fees vary based on location.

• Delivery Times: We will provide estimated delivery windows. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance for standard service
• Setup: Basic setup is included for orders over $300. Setup for smaller orders may incur additional fees
• Access: You must ensure adequate access to the delivery location. General Tso's Catering is not responsible for delays due to restricted access
• Parking: You are responsible for providing or arranging adequate parking for our delivery vehicle
• Weather and Traffic: While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances

7Cancellation and Refunds

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days
• We do not provide refunds for customer dissatisfaction with taste preferences; however, if food quality is compromised, contact us immediately
• Special event refunds must be requested in writing within 24 hours of delivery

No Refunds For:

• Orders delivered as specified
• Personal taste preferences or dietary regrets
• Cancellations made within the 48-hour window

8Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
